I’m Alfred P. Farese, III

Attorney Farese III is a graduate of Boston College and New England School of Law where he eared his Juris Doctor in 1997. Attorney Farese III has been practicing in the Probate Court, District Court, Superior Court and Federal Courts in both Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire.

As a trial attorney, Attorney Farese III has handled complex divorce litigation with marital assets and businesses valued in the millions of dollars, as well as providing a significant amount of pro bono services for which he has been recognized by the Supreme Judicial Court’s Standing Committee on Pro Bono.

As a Guardian Ad Litem, Special Master, Special Administrator, Receiver, Commissioner, Parenting Coordinator, Mediator, Arbitrator and Conciliator, Attorney Farese III has served the courts of the Commonwealth since 1997.

Attorney Farese III is a frequent lecturer at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and has been a contributing author in publications on the Alimony Reform Act of 2011, Pretrial Conference Practice, Evidence, Motion Practice, and Ethical Standards and Landmines in Family Law Cases. Most recently, Attorney Farese III authored a chapter for the Massachusetts Family Law Manual published by LexisNexis in 2016.
